Andrew Goodall retired after 40 years in the Aerospace industry, including 20 years in Toulouse, France, having gained significant experience in Governance, International Compliance, Risk Management and Business Controls. Andrew’s career with BAE Systems initially included Company Secretary appointments in the Civil Aircraft and Dynamics Divisions and then as Vice President, Aircraft Sales Finance in the Regional Aircraft Division responsible for worldwide customer and export credit financing of the BAe 146 / Avro regional jet family. Andrew then joined AIRBUS Group HQ as Senior Manager of an international team within the Corporate Audit department responsible for audits across all the Group’s Divisions, subsidiaries and Joint Ventures, worldwide. A Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, Andrew is also a Trustee of the National Charity ‘Hope for Tomorrow’ (which is dedicated to bringing cancer care closer to patients’ homes via mobile chemotherapy units), a Trustee of his local Rotary charity, a Men’s Hockey umpire and a very keen supporter of Birmingham City FC.
